These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CAHIR AI Product Suite website and products operated by CAHIR Solutions ("CAHIR", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or requesting access to our products, you agree to these Terms.
Our products
The CAHIR AI Product Suite includes MedRegAnalyzer (formerly MedTech Compass) and MedTech Copilot. These are AI-assisted workspaces designed to support MedTech market strategy and regulatory documentation planning. They are intended as decision-support and productivity tools, not as substitutes for legal, regulatory, or clinical advice.
Access and accounts
Some features may require an account or organizational access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or products, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or use the products for unlawful purposes. MedTech Copilot is built for non-clinical research and development workflows; do not input protected health information (PHI) or other regulated clinical data unless you have separately agreed to appropriate safeguards.
Intellectual property
CAHIR and its licensors retain all rights in the Site, products, branding, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our products except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular regulatory outcome. You are responsible for validating any outputs with qualified advisors before making business or regulatory decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAHIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CAHIR Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
