Subscription Terms of Service

Agreement

These Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of MedTech Copilot subscriptions offered by Cahir AI LLC, doing business as CAHIR Solutions ("CAHIR", "we", "us"). By checking the agreement box and completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent, and you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

The service

MedTech Copilot is an AI-guided workspace for medical device development: project workspaces with product definition, market and clinical validation, technical design, risk management, regulatory, verification and validation, documents and roadmap tabs, plus an evidence library and AI Copilot.

Plans, seats and credits

Early Innovator: $299 per month or $2,990 per year — 1 active project, 5 full members, 500 Research & Analysis Credits per month, 2 GB storage. MedTech Company: $14,500 per year — 3 active projects, 15 full members, 3,000 credits per month, 50 GB storage. Growth / Enterprise: from $29,000 per year — 10 active projects, 30 full members, 7,500 credits per month, 200 GB storage, with more capacity by written agreement.

Full members can create, edit and run analyses and each uses a seat. Viewers, advisors and auditors are read-only, unlimited and free. Archived projects count toward the active-project allowance.

Credits are pooled across your organization and reset on the first day of each calendar month; unused included credits do not roll over. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately. We never offer unlimited AI usage.

Informational use only — not legal, regulatory or clinical advice

Drafts, classifications, pathway suggestions, market findings, citations, scores and other outputs are generated with the help of AI and third-party sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. They are informational only and do not replace review by qualified professionals or determinations by regulators such as the FDA, EU notified bodies or the MHRA. You must independently verify material information before relying on it.

The service is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, patient management or any clinical decision-making.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them only to provide the service to you. Project memory stays within your organization's workspace.

Term, renewal and termination

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next billing date, as described in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and CAHIR's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes apply from your next renewal and require you to accept the new version. Questions: medtech@cahir.ai.
