Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Billing
Plans are billed in advance by card in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month; annual plans bill once per year. Card statements may show a "LINK.COM*" descriptor.
Automatic renewal
Every subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same billing period unless you cancel before the next billing date. We will notify you in advance of any price change.
Cancelling
Organization owners can cancel at any time by contacting medtech@cahir.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly fees are non-refundable. Annual plans may be refunded in full if cancelled within 14 days of the first purchase and fewer than 10% of the included credits were used; after that, annual fees are non-refundable. Credit packs are non-refundable once any of their credits have been used. Refunds required by law are always honoured.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry automatically. If payment is not recovered, the workspace may be paused until billing is resolved; your data is kept for at least 30 days.
